Primary Care has arrived  at  Medwellspa and Yoga Studio, Farmingdale.  Our dedicated team of medical professionals, led by Dr. Michael Poliseno are pleased to assist you with routine well care visits, absence from work or school notes, prescription refills, allergy testing, medical aesthetics and more.  Appointments are available Mondays through Thursdays, with both daytime and evening availability.

We are also currently accepting new patients for Sports Medical Treatments and Plastic Surgery Consultations with our  affiliated surgeons. Kindly call to schedule your complimentary consultation with one of our affiliated  Medical doctors.
