Our Islip location opened in 2017  with an initial offering of yoga and meditation classes. Our current  line up includes mat pilates and ballet barre fusion classes.

We offer reciprocal membership benefits with our studio locations in Farmingdale, Bellmore, Amityville and Wantagh. This location is less than 10 minutes from our new, Islandia location - opening early 2020.
